Vintage Toy Dexterity Game Native American Chief • 1950s 1960s Cereal Giveaway?

This is a 1.75"-diameter tin and celluloid dexterity game puzzle that probably dates to the 1950s or 1960s. Most likely it was a giveaway as a prize with some type of product like cereal or bread. It is in excellent condition and has 3 small metal balls or BBs.
