This vest is the same blue color inside and out.  It was purchased several years ago and used occasionally for cooling while riding my motorcycle through the desert, but I no longer have the bike.  This vest has a zipper front with velcro close collar, two zipper close front pockets and full length sleeves with zipper openings at the wrist end.  These sleeves attach to the vest with a zipper, so they can be used or not.  This vest will be in a protective bag and shipped in a box via your choice of two USPS services.
