Straight from my personal collection, this original
Norman Rockwell illustrated Shredded Wheat ad only from an original LHJ magazine
has been carefully cut from the magazine, and it has a nice and straight right edge. The bottom edge has 3 tiny tears, with light creasing along the edge, due to normal handling. The upper left edge has 2 creases and the bottom right corner has 2 creases. The bottom edge has: a light tan water stain on the left corner, a very faint water stain in the center, and a very small water spot on the right corner. The illustration is vivid and fresh against a nice and clean background.
The back side has nice a “Unifruit Bananas” ad. The page is nice and clean.
Norman illustrated 100s of ads to promote all sorts of products. This is a really nice early ad that I think you will be happy to add into either your Norman Rockwell, or vintage advertising collection.
