    Offered for sale is a 1900 magazine advertisement for Pillsbury's Vitos.
    The cereal product was introduced in 1897, but it was not only a breakfast food. According to the advertisements, "It can be served in thirty other ways - breads, cakes, puddings, desserts, etc." A free cook book was available by mail. By 1908, it was Pillsbury's most popular cereal.
